Excel 2007 : Question marks instead letters when using non english text?

    Question marks instead letters when using non english text?

    If i try to use non english text in excel like spanish, czech, greek i see question marks instead letters in some words. What is the reason for this?

    Could be a two things that I know of offhand, then I'm sure a couple dozen other things...

    1) The selected font doesn't support the characters from the other language.
    2) Proper language add-ons aren't installed.
