Reference Formulation

I have a question about MS Excell 2003, I am in trouble to manage the "address column".

First I have made sheet-1 and sent the same to for verification.

they verified and forwarded me back as "sheet2" but just like in "example" the name of "Saba" is on "B8" (in sheet-1) and when I get back the list the name of "Saba" is on "B4" (sheet-2) without address kindly ask me the solution how can I manage/paste "address" (D) column in Sheet-2 opposite name.

* Total names are 15500 in the file.
* Sequence of file may be remain same as sheet-2
* The Identity No. i think are authentication for formula.
