Multiple Date Lookup And Displaying Data From Another Column

Hi there,

I need to find all the users who requested a transfer to support. If they did request a transfer, I need their call duration based off a date. I have a lot of dates to look up on a regular basis. So if possible, I would like to list all the dates to look up in column D. Then the duration data will be insert in columns E for D2, F for D3, G for D4, etc.

Below is a sample of the date, I have also attached an example worksheet. If I inputted 8/9/2011 in D2 I need a formula to insert 30,24,24 into E. This is the last hurdle in a project I am working on. Thanks in advance for your help.
