Excel 2007 : HELP! Joining two sheets by a couple criterias

The thing is that i have two sheets No 1 and No 2. The first one contains information about Road No. and its section (for example, Road No 101; section 10,625-11,025 km). There are many section in the road and many roads aswell.

The 2nd sheet contains information about Road No. and car accidents by its place (see column named "Place, km" in the 2n sheet).

Both sheets can be somehow linked by the Road No. and km.

Task:
What I need to do, is AUTOMATICALLY get (or copy to another sheet) all the accidents from sheet no. 2 (by its place) that fit to the appropriate Road No. and its section (sheet no 1). The final result could be accident data (with a copied road section from sheet no 1). Note, that there will also be some sections with accidents.

You can see an example in the attached picture. ...If anybody understands what I need please help...
