How to get rid of PAGE 1

I am trying to update a spreadsheet that was created by someone else. When you have the file open, it displays the words PAGE 1 in large letters across the body of the spreadsheet. You often see words like SAMPLE in this location. How can I get rid of this?

Maybe Format > Sheet > Delete background

There is no option to delete the background, so I assume it's not a background.
Any other suggestions?

Change the view to Normal.

If that doesn't work, post the workbok, with all content deleted if necessary.

DOH!!!! It was as simple as changing to normal view....how silly of me. I had it in page break view but full sized so I didnt even realize it was still in page break view....lol. Thanks!
