    Evaluating two colums in range

    Hi Guys,

Can anybody help me on this. I am evaluating two columns:\

    Sample:
    Col1 | Col2
    R | Y
    R | N
    F | Y
    G | Y
    R | Y

I need to count all rows that Col1 has an 'R' and Col2 has an 'Y'.
The answer for this is 2.

Can anyone tell what formula or functions should I used?

    Thank you so much
