Convert h:mm:ss to decimal

I am trying to convert time to decimal.

Here is what my database gives me for the time:

0:07:30

This means that I have an agent that has an average call time of seven minutes and 30 seconds. But I need this converted to decimal and to read like the following:

7.5

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
