Pivot Drill Down Issues

Hi,

Has anyone experienced this before?
I have a pivot similar to the one below. When I drill down on the New Orders by double clicking on the number 2, somehow Excel opens up the entire records instead of the 2 New Orders for Mary.

Country | Purchases | New Orders
Mary | 8 | 2

Some records work fine but some doesn't. Does anyone know if this is common? Are there any workarounds to this?
