Find keyword then select all data below and to the right

Hi, is there a certain function that will search for a keyword heading, then select all data below until an empty row, and all columns to the right until an empty column?

To clarify, the format of my data is attached. I want to find the word "Abs Return Fund", then select all rows of data below that until the empty row.

Ultimately, I want to record a macro of me searching for many different keywords and copying/pasting the data to another worksheet.
