Trying to extract rows based of criteria

Hi -

I am trying to extract entire rows of data into a separate worksheet based on criteria (upper and lower acceptance levels).

I've attached a sample worksheet. Basically, if an upper or lower threshold is exceeded, I want that row to be copied to another worksheet.

can someone please help? sorry, I've been racking my brain for quite some time.
