    Diablito,

all membres here are volunteers working on their spare time you cannot expect them to be at your disposal 24 hrs a day.
Our forum rules ask that you wait 24 hrs before bumping one way or another.
What's more, it is useless to create a new post every ten minutes adding some new info.
If noone answered your last post, you can edit it an add the new info ( eventually preceded with the wordt EDIT)

    Re: master sheet please help

If I was doing it the way I would want to would be to have a total each day being created because if you SUM everything and do those totals then your mileage will be HUGE.
As such you need to have a program not a formula that will look for each day and update it daily. Unfortunately I believe that is beyond my abilities as I am much better with formula and linking etc that with programming.
However what if you did the reverse entered the information on the master sheet and then it filled in the rest? Still a little time consuming but off the top of my head probably easier.

Would you be able to post the a copy of the documents themselves, not just screen shots, with all the secure / private information removed?
