Auto calculate cell every 5 seconds

I have a file where the staff go in a shade a cell when a transfer occurs. I need to count up these shaded cells automatically. Each time they shade a cell, the number changes.

I'm attaching a simpler file that gets the point across. I already have it setup to count the cells in the range. I just need it to happen automatically after the first count.

There's a recalculate macro in the file.
