I am currently new at this site and struggling with a problem.
For a new report i have managed to create a connection to an external source to import data. Based on this data set some pivot tables are made to make information from all that data. This works according expectations.

What i would like to know if it is possible to add each month a new data set to the one i already have...?

For example:

Extraction made on the 30th of June:
Order ID Status
01 Closed
02 Open
03 Closed
04 Reopened


Extraction made on the 31st of Juli:
Order ID Status
01 Reopened
02 Closed
03 Closed
04 Closed
05 Open

I want to create a pivot table based on the extraction made on the 30th of June and the extraction made on the 31st of Juli.
Working with different worksheets is not an option.
