    Converting numbers to text in adjacent column

    Hi,

    I have a large sheet where column C has numbers (9222, 9223 etc) which mean nothing without another sheet which explains what each value means.

    I want to make column D the key for this. I need to retain the numbers, but I want to have

    eg. CARD in column D and Gold in column E where C is 9222
    and CARD in column D and then Platinum in column E where C is 9223.
