Duplicate value in pivot tabel HELP

This is the exaple tabel :

9 Ceausescu Street gas 1 201
10 Ceausescu Street gas 1 155

I want to make a pivot tabel, and on that pivot tabel I want tu sum up the"lenght" but only the unike value, as you cand see in column D some of lenght for "Ceausescu Street" appear more then once. I do not want to exclude the duplicate values from the table.
