    Hi,
    If a xl having 4 column and has 10 rows.
    Column A having three empty cells
    Column B having four empty cells
    Column C having two empty cells
    Column D having two empty cells

    How to display the default or automated text to the empty cells like this COLUMN A have no values like this to Column D?

    It would help if you posted a workbook containing sample data...AND the results you want to see (based on the sample data).

    thanks man, i have attached sample. i need that the empty set will display, the current column name and having no value. ex. column A having no value.

    I can't open that file...I get an error that the file is damaged.

    ok, try to open in office 2007, i created this xl using openoffice. pls let me know if u have any probled by opening this file. please find the attachment.

    When that file opens, it's as if you copied a Yahoo Mail log in screen and pasted it into Excel. There's no actual Excel file.

    Sorry Ron wasting your time, some corruption happen i don`t know wat happening to my system.
    Ok here the excel which is clean.
    The highlighted things are the empty cell, i need the automated output if the cell having no values with respective to column name.
