Arrange by date

Basically as soon as you change dates in cells E1 or K1 or E5 below, I would like the list to change in square box along with corresponding Name# - with earliest date on top:

If I have cell content equal to another cell, for example if cell E9 content is: =E5

Then Data > Sort command doesn't work as it should. It works for cells with actual value but not if cells have a value = to another (non-selected) cell.


Any way around that?
