if site unable to use web query - is there another way?

I am also trying to pull out data from the following site using the "From Web" function under Data tab. But its does not recognized the table I am look to draw data from.

I like to ask if there is any way I could work around this or do I have to write a VBA for this extraction? I am looking to pull this data every 30mins.

This page IS available for a Web Query, you have to use the whole page, the little yellow arrow is in the upper left corner of the page, so you can pull the entire page into a "junk" sheet in your workbook. Then you can reference the cells that get the "tables" from other sheets. When I imported it, the first table appeared in A136:H142.
