Problem with matching-recognizing specific data/rows/columns among sheets

Hello everyone
I have a problem with an assignment.
The scenario goes like this:
A guy "sells" daily transfers (according to travel agents lists..) to independent taxi drivers from the airport to the hotels and reverse.
Using a daily paper he wants a week report to see how much money gave them.
The problem is that I dont know how to order the program recognize automaticaly the cab IDs and the prices from the two last columns (daily paper) so that "true" data can be viewable to the week report!
Total cab numbers ID are specific (450)
Each daily data must be add to the specific column of week report
I have made you a small example (8 taxi ids) inside attachment file to understand what i mean
