Excel Stopwatch

I need to have a count up timer (HR:Min:Sec). I want a start/stop button, lap button and a reset button. I would like the lap button to insert a time in a cell (say A1) when clicked. With each click of the lap button I would like the time to be inserted into the next cell (A2...A3...A4).
Is this possible?

That is great stuff and it gets me soooo close to what I want. How do I get this to work with HR:Min:Sec format?
