    Question function for the sum of occurances in multiple specfic ranges?

    I am having trouble figuring out what kind of functions to use to consistently find values for a set of specific ranges. I have attached my data sheet with my 2 specific questions concerning "Box 1" and "Box 2." Im open to any ideas. Any help you provide would be genuinely appreciated.
