Hi everyone,
I have a table with 8 columns and 22 records. I want to track a number of these records using certain criteria located in each column. I've attached a spreadsheet of my table and subsequent "ideal tracking log".
The only data on my ideal tracking log would be from only 1 column in the table, which would be the "PatID" column (A:A). I would like the report to list for me any PatIDs where certain conditions are applicable. Each column in the report corresponds to a set of conditions. These conditions rely on the data that exists in the other columns in my table (B:B - H:H).
Can anyone help me out with some formulas? I know my way around Excel, but this has caused me a major headache! Like I said, I've attached a sample of what I'm looking for. Any help is absolutely appreciated!
