need help with unique names

Hi everyone,

I've been breaking my head trying to figure this one out and can't get it. I have a workbook with let say 5 worksheets, being "week 1", "week 2", "week 3", "week 4", "End of Month". all sheets are setup on the same format. The "End of Month" sheet being a summary sheet i guess. this is what i need

1) let say in worksheets week 1 to week 4 in cell A1:A10 its filled with words and cells B1:B10 are filled with num of times that word was used on that week. i want the sheet "End of Month" to dynamically extract only unique items tru out the weeks and count how many time that particular word was used ie:

"WEEK 1"

Name # of occurance
1 Eddie 1
2 Chinook 2
3 Lake 1
4 Fishing 1

"WEEK 2"
A B
Name # of occurance
1 Apple 2
2 Chinook 1
3 Eddie 2
4 Fish 1

"WEEK 3"

1 Eddie 1
2 Chinook 1
3 Lake 1
4 Chinook 1

"WEEK 4"

1 Nice 1
2 Chinook 1
3 Eddie 1
4 Fishing 1

"End of Week"

i have tried sumproduct with index and match and small and i just cant get it to work with more than two sheets please help. thanks for thanking to time to help others.

ok let me try to explain better. I need to take names from sheets "Week 1- Week 4" and make a unique list on "End of Month" with no duplicates. ie if the word "Chinook" is on week 1 twice and in every other week i get "Chinook" only once in "End of month"
