Excel Coding Help Needed

I want to create a macro which will create one column named links in a worksheet and populate it with links.

I have a sheet which have column name 'sheet no' and it has all the values from 1-100.
What i want is that if user click on command button, command should create one column next
to 'sheet no' and that column values should be hyperlink eg, abc/12 where 12 is the value of cell in
column'sheet no'
if value in column 'sheet no' is 3 link abc/3 should be created. Please help.

I will greatly appreciate your response as this need to be done ASAP.
