Excel Coding Help Needed

I want to create a macro which will create one column named links in a worksheet and populate it with links.

I have a sheet which have column name 'sheet no' and it has all the values from 1-100.
What i want is that if user click on command button, command should create one column next
to 'sheet no' and that column values should be hyperlink eg, abc/12 where 12 is the value of cell in
column'sheet no'
if value in column 'sheet no' is 3 link abc/3 should be created. Please help.

I will greatly appreciate your response as this need to be done ASAP.

I created userform,when i run the form and click on command button on form ,it creates new workbook and populate the workbook with data.
clicking on command button on userform also creates command button on workbook.
I want to write code for click event of the command button which is created on workbook.
clicking on command button will open another workbook.

Pls help,i need to submit code by fri.
