I use Xora timekeeping system. It is expressed as an Excel spreadsheet with time as an hour and percentage of an hour. Some of my bus drivers receive guaranteed hours if they finish early. How can I get Excel to express their time as guaranteed instead of actual?

(i.e. Coach Davis drives 1.5 hours in the morning, but is guranteed 2 hours of pay)
