Excel 2007 : Extract multiple matches based on one criteria

I'm guessing there's an IF statement plus a VLOOKUP formula I can use in the attached spreadsheet, but I don't know what it is and am wondering if anyone would like to help.

Two tabs: "701" and "pump list"
Goal: To get a list of pumps from "pump list" tab populated in column A of the "701" tab, but ONLY of the pump listed on the "pump list" tab has a 701 next to it. Empty cells should have nothing listed in them (as opposed to a NA or a zero).

What I'm trying to do is make scheduling production easier by dropping regularly changing data in a 'data dump' tab and using formulas to drive my schedule. I included a JPEG of what it should look like when it's done... but in the JPEG I just copied and pasted the values, where I ultimately need a formula to populate the cells.
