I have been tinkering around with a document, not having any luck. I stumbled upon this site, and you have great answers to some of my other questions, but not quite to this one.
Hopefully I can explain myself.
I am trying to design a template for an incident report for our officers. I know I need to involve data validation, drop down boxes and dependent lists.
The first drop down box would be the type of incident. If 'medical/injury' was chosen, the second level would open up to selections specific only to the medical/injury category such as chest pain, injury, slip, trouble breathing. If 'slip' was chosen, the third level would be only those that pertain to a slip ie. broken bone, cut etc.
I have 19 in the first drop down box which (depending on what is chosen) could lead to any one of 106 other options, which could then lead (again, depending on what is chosen) to any one of another 100+ options.
I know I am just missing something here.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
