    "IF" Conditioning

Hi guys, I need help with solving this problem for my company.

Currently, I have 3 stardard working time for total of 14 staff

Start Time Lunch Logout Time Lunch LoginTime End Time
    9.00AM 1.00PM 2:00 PM 7.00PM
    9:00AM 2:00PM 3:00 PM 7:00PM
    12:00PM 4:00PM 5:00 PM 9:00PM

I would like to have 5th columns with the results " either "Puntual" otherwise "Tardines"

    Eg.
Staff works on 9am with lunch at 1pm and ends 7pm.
if the start time is later than 9:15am or 12:14:ppm and no lunch logoutlogin time and end time is earlier then 7"pm/earlier 9pm, the result should be tardiness otherwise punctual

    await your reply
