Question Can I combine files with some overlapping data to one file?

    Hello,

I'm new to this forum, but I hope I'm posting in the correct area and can get the proper guidance. Here is my situation.

I run 3 - 5 differen't file on monthly basis for internal reporting at my job. I need to keep track of these individuals because they are "non-compliant." Is there a way to combine the files in Excel (or Access) so I know which names appear on more than one list without having duplicates? I know I could use the "=if(isna(vlookup" function to see if a name on one file appears on another, but I would have to do that multiple times, on multiple files and for a bunch of data. Is there an automatic way to do this?

I have attached the 3 files below I have pulled for this month that I need to compare and combine. Additionally, I have a file [Projected Solution] which shows how I would like to present the file once they have been compared.

Any assistance will help me tremendously. Please let me know if you need additional information.

    Thanks,
    Johnathan
