Excel 2007 : Trim formula

Dear All,
I export one file from other software, and in colomn A after the item codes some empty place is there, normally iam using formula =(trim) but this time is not working
please find the sample sheel.

Hi mubeenff

try the follwoing

Copy the last space from the Cell # A2
select column A & Press Ctrl+H
paste in find list and press replace all
again Copy the last space from the Cell # A2
select column A & Press Ctrl+H
paste in find list and press replace all

Now there will be no space
