It is not clear what you want here.
What do you mean by "where at least 1 match is found add the name..."? A match to what?
What are some expected results based on your sample data?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

would like to compare names in col A, C, E & G and display results found in the col to the right of name cell in a new worksheet in table named result. Where there were no records in visits col add "0" in the results cell. I have included expected results in "expected results" tab in updated ver of the example spreadsheet. Hope this clarifies. Appreciate your help.

After listing the Unique names in column A (starting at A3), try:
copied down and across![]()

This looks at every group of 2 columns in the data sheet and compares to values in column A and extracts corresponding numbers...

Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
