Searching and displaying values

Hi there,

If I have the following values:

1 a
2 b
___c (i could not show spaces)
3 d
4 e
5 f


If I entered a number it will search the corresponding letter. In the number 2 I would like to show only b or c if a previous statement was true.

The question is, how can i get the b or c values?

If it was only one line per letter, i could use vlookup function, but in the cases that there are multiple values in a number I don't know how can i get it.
