    how to copy cells if it matches certain conditions

    hello.
    i have to files attached so pls open.

    what i want to do is in corn 2 file, if A1 = A1:A1000(in the CORN 1 file) then copy the corresponding value in B1:B1000 (CORN 1 file) to B1 (CORN 2 FILE)

    so if I have "CORN" in A1(CORN 2 file), then it will look for " CORN in A1:A1000(CORN1 file)
    then return me the value of the "CORN"which is ifor example in B1 then copy that to B1 of my CORN 2 file..
