powerpivot error when linking table

Hello,
I am new to powerpivot and am running into an issue when trying to link a spreadsheet of data. When linking I get 2 upload errors which I attached. I started to go column by column and found I could link each column into powerpivot except for 3 columns which I attached. It must be a formatting issue, but I cannot fihure out what it is.
If anyone can assist I would sincerely appreciate it.
