Excel 2007 : vlook up with multiple criteria

i have 300,000 lines of data, and dont want to do a filter, so i was wondering if anyone can help with a vlook up.


THe problem is the name i am looking up shows up multiple times, but with I do the vlookup it only brings back the first instance.
Any help:

=vlookup(($H$2;$C$3:$F$37;4;FALse)

im not sure if i should include the Index and columns, but not sure if it will work. Any feedback,
