How can I find all rows w/ similar names then cut & paste them together?

Ok so lets say in Column A I have 100 names, and 10 of those names have Jo in the name, I click to highlight column a completely, I click control f to find, I type jo, click find all and all 10 pop up. They are the names I want to be able to cut and paste into column b. Is there a way I can do this and cut them all out together? I know I can click them one by one and cut/copy and paste them over but when the list is 100,000 and 10,000 with the name I am looking for, it just isn't efficient.

I have excel 2007 if that helps.

    Someone help please! Thanks.

I would turn on the AUTOFILTER, filter that column using a custom filter "contains jo" and you'll be looking at all the cells with those characters in the cell. Cut/Copy the entire visible data to another sheet.

I figured that out 2 seconds after I posted this, thanks though, I still can't copy and paste them for whatever reason.

Nevermind, If I copy and paste it works, you can close this.

If that takes care of your need, please click EDIT in your original post, click GO ADVANCED and set the PREFIX box to SOLVED.
