I may sound naive but I am struggling in deciding how to begin with what I am trying to do.

I have about 20 data files (some with 2000 rows/25 columns and others with 14,000 rows/80 columns). I use SQL and Access to run queries but it seems like I am wasting time re-inventing the wheel every other month and re-writing my queries.

I want to design a very simple and basic password proteced webpage with drop down menus and fields that I can use to run queries and post the outcomes. My data consists of 20 csv or Excel files

I am familiar with SQL, Java and C++.
- Where do I begin with?
- Is there a tutorial or posting that I can read and get some help?
- Is there a template that I can use and tweak to begin with?
