    Lightbulb IF Formula with Conditional Formatting

    Hello,

    Please help with this simple IF formula with conditional formatting

    please see attached file as reference

    I want the "red" color to be in K4

    example: if it is a "subcontractor" and if there is an amount in "invoice amount" J4 , but there is no "invoice number" E4 , then K4 should be bright red.

    well, all you did was highlighted the cell yourself and give me the wrong formula...............................................

    No I did not. If you understand nothing of the help you recieve, please say so instead of accusing others for making things up. The cell's format is a result of the formula I gave you being set up as a rule for conditional formatting. I suppose you know that there is such a function, and that the formula is not to be in the cell you want formatted?

    How to mark a thread Solved
    Go to the first post
    Click edit
    Click Go Advanced
    Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
    Change to Solved
    Click Save
