Help with borders

Ever since we upgraded to Excell 2010, borders print for me sometimes, but not others. I have not been able to see any one thing I'm doing that's different on the worksheets that do not print borders.

The Page Setup wizard lets you make many adjustments to the borders. However change the default settings..
