    Multiple values with Vlookup (arrays)

I have a small issue with an array function that I am trying to use in an excel sheet. I have one worksheet which contains monthly employee pension details, the first column being the employee pension number, across different years.

In the lookup sheet, the user should be able to enter the employee number and see the details generated . I am able to only obtain the first line with my array function, for april 2005 which is the first date. The second month onwards, the array function does not work. I am attaching a sample file. Could someone let me know what is wrong with my formula ? Slightly urgent.

    Thanks a ton in advance.

Col A in Hun contr is set to numbers storeed as text. Convert to number and it should work perfectly.

Thanks, that solved the issue of null values, but now I am getting the same instance values being repeated over and over again, instead of listing the separate instance figures.

Your VLOOKUPs in columns B onwards are referencing the same Personnel number each time... so you need to use the same formula you used in column A.

Just drag and copy A5 across and down.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
