after 1 week become yellow color

i need a conditional format that can be fill in yellow color after 1 week, i have try use =A1<today()-7 apply to $A:$A fill yellow color, the blank cell also become yellow color, so i add 1 more conditional format =A1<today()-100 fill with white color , after that, i can not fill in yellow color manually into blank cell when i need to make a remark.
