Counting number of repetitions of a number in a column?

I've been doing some practice test question from a question bank and want to keep track of which question I've done wrong. Each time that I do a section, I've recorded the numbers to questions that I've missed (see attachment) in a column. Is there a way to automatically count the number of times a number (missed question) is repeated in a column of numbers and display it in a new table?

For example, a column might have the following numbers:
    5
    10
    11
    15
    15
    15
    16
    16
    17
    17

I'd like to have a macro/forumula that writes out:
    5: 1
    10: 1
    11: 1
    15: 3
    16: 2
    17: 2

Currently, there are 11 columns. I would keep adding missed questions to each column the more times I do a question and miss it.

If there's a way I can do it automatically, it would be a great help. Thanks.
