Is it possible to make something similar to the enclosed image? If so, can someone please explain how it is done?

It is important that the 5, 10, 15, 25 continue to repeat for each month (as shown in the picture).

You can use 2 rows or columns for category labels.

Jan ,a,1
,b,2
,c,3
Feb,a,4
,b,5
,c,6

I have used abd as the inner labels in this example, 1-6 are data values.
