I have the following formula in my 2007 excel worksheet and I want to pass this workbook on to someone who is running in excel 2003. How do I change the COUNTIFS formula to work in excel 2003?

Hi, you could
Replace COUNTIFS(Records!C:C,"Y",Records!B:B,A14)
with SUMPRODUCT((Records!C1:C65536="Y")*(Records!B1:B65536=A14))
Rule 1: Never merge cells
