Summarising awkward extract

HI,
I have an data extract of a Cognos spreadsheet, that is a stanrd variance that is meant to be inputted into another UNIX based system that DEFINITLY doesn't allow importing data.

Here's a brief overlook:

A1: Product code
A2: G/L ALPHA
A3: Standard variance for ALPHA
A4: G/L BETA
A5: Standard variance for BETA

and so forth. 121 rows and 183 colomns of G/L and variances.

I want to easily visualise the data entry that needs to be done
IE:
Product code, G/L, Variance
