Pivot table irrelevant entries

I am trying to perform some analysis on my companies client entertainment expenses. The pivot table is displaying the correct data but it also displaying entries from employees who haven't done any client entertainment but have claimed other expenses.

Here is a link to a doctored screen of my pivot table, the entries circled red are irrelevant for my analysis hence the blank totals. How can I get them to disappear leaving just the ones that are for client entertainment with their totals.
