2 data validation cells with vlookup

Hi well the football fixtures are out and last season was brilliant and with previous help Ive sort after from here my prediction game was a success to,

However I found it very frustrating to print out or email just the certain week to the certain person so I would like to be able to create a page where I can adjust the week number and be able to choose the player I have managed to change the fixtures but am unable to do the same for the players versions as in some cells the formula needs to be overwritten in some way without any harm coming to the formula (lol hope Im explaining this correctly)
