how to link up from one cell to anohter and another

Hello i need help here is the problem i hope you can help me out on it.

I have made a forum for my dad


if you could download this file and take a look at it. what im trying to do is like a match link if you could see where it says amount you type up the amount and where it says FOR you type up the account number (A#) once you type it up the amount that you put on the amount field should move to the account number that you typed up on FOR once number is typed it should link to the same number on the right and where it says THIS MONTH the amount should move there you know like a link. i hope you can understand it let me know thanks
