    Explanation of "SelectedGroups"

    I found this formula on a excel sheet,

    =IF(SelectedGroups="Project Nursery",COUNTA($A$5:A5),COUNTIF($A$5:A5,SelectedGroups))

    can anyone explain about SelectedGroups?
